Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Pulse Clinic360 platform and its facilitated services. By using the platform, a user agrees to these terms.
Doctors listed or made available through Pulse Clinic360 are independent freelance professionals. They are not employees of Pulse Clinic360 unless expressly stated otherwise. The doctor is independently responsible for the medical advice, diagnosis, treatment and other professional services provided during a consultation.
Pulse Clinic360 does not replace the professional judgement of the treating doctor.
Pulse Clinic360 facilitates medicine orders between patients and pharmacies. The relevant pharmacy is responsible for supplying the medicine and complying with applicable requirements relating to the dispensing and supply of medicines.
Pulse Clinic360 does not manufacture medicines and should not be understood as the manufacturer of any medicine supplied through the platform.
Where a medicine requires a valid prescription, the patient must provide the required prescription and comply with applicable legal and pharmacy requirements.
Users may be required to make payment through the payment methods made available by Pulse Clinic360. Payment collection may be facilitated by Pulse Clinic360 for services provided or supplied by relevant independent professionals or service providers.
Refunds are governed by the Pulse Clinic360 Refund Policy. Users should review that policy before making a payment.
When accessing or using the Pulse Clinic360 platform, users agree to:
- Provide accurate information when booking or ordering services.
- Provide accurate contact details so that the requested service can be coordinated.
- Provide valid prescription information where required.
- Use the platform lawfully and responsibly.
- Do not misuse, interfere with or attempt to compromise the platform.
Services, doctors, pharmacies, medicines and appointment slots may be subject to availability. Pulse Clinic360 may not be able to guarantee availability of a particular doctor, medicine, pharmacy or appointment time.
Pulse Clinic360's role is primarily facilitative. Medical decisions remain the responsibility of the independent treating doctor, and medicine supply remains the responsibility of the relevant pharmacy.
Pulse Clinic360 may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updated terms may be published on the platform and will apply as stated in the updated version.
